Keith, along with Ronan Keating, Mikey Graham, Shane Lynch and Stephen Gately, formed BOYZONE in 1993, and their very first single started the rise to superstar status in the UK as well as Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia & New Zealand.

Keith is also part of Boyzlife along with Brian McFadden, previously from Westlife.

He was also in the ITV soap, Coronation Street (playing the part of Ciaran McCarthy) between 2002-2005 before returning once more between 2010-2011.
