British–Norwegian Boyband

A1, the British-Norwegian band, consists of Ben Adams, Mark Read, Christian Ingebrigtsen and Paul Marazzi.

The band had their first breakthrough in the UK in 1999 with a collection of hit singles taken from their debut album.

They went on to have many international Top 10 and number 1 hits including Caught in the Middle, Same Old Brand New You, their cover of the A-Ha classic Take on Me, and Everytime, to name but a few. They achieved massive success in the UK, Europe and across Asia, including a Brit Award for ‘Best British Breakthrough Act’ in 2001, and with 5 studio albums and a greatest hits, they have totted up 10 million record sales worldwide.

The band have enjoyed a huge resurgence in demand abroad, playing sold out stadiums and arenas in Scandinavia and all over Asia, bringing fans a mixture of their old hits, as well as the new material that continues to top the charts in each territory it is released, outselling the likes of Adele and One Direction in several countries.

A1 starred in ITV's ‘The Big Reunion’ in 2014 and embarked on a 15 date National Arena tour.

In 2019 A1 smashed their headline UK Academy tour. All dates were sold out! 1st & 3rd Nov: O2 Academy, Islington, 2nd Nov: Academy 2, Birmingham, 4th Nov: Academy, Manchester.

They embarked on a 35 date ‘Boys Are Back’ tour along with 5ive, Damage & 911 in February and March 2020.

In September 2022 they did a mini headline tour of the UK.

As well as performing all over the UK, A1 have recently toured in Denmark & Sweden & did a concert in Vietnam. In September 2023 they also performed in Dubai.

In October 2023 they did a sold out arena tour of Asia - Singapore & Philippines!
